This is an example of a circuit I call the NRG System Complex.

These workouts train each of the 3 energy systems: aerobic, anaerobic lactic and anaerobic alactic, maximizing what you may have heard as power endurance.

The key to these workouts is to focus on good technique of the exercises and push yourself as hard and fast as possible without sacrificing form.
