Part 1: The Miracle of Isra & Miraj
The miracle of Isra & Miraj of Prophet Muhammad, Sallallaahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, is mentioned in the Quran and in the Sahih Hadith. Allah Ta3ala said in Surat Al Isra:
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم: "سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي أَسْرَى بِعَبْدِهِ لَيْلا مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ الأَقْصَى الَّذِي بَارَكْنَا حَوْلَهُ لِنُرِيَهُ مِنْ آيَاتِنَا إِنَّهُ هُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْبَصِيرُ". صدق الله العظيم
This miracle happened to Prophet Muhammad, Sallallaahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, by both his body and soul, and was not a dream. Muslim have to believe that Allah Ta3ala, the Creator of everything, exists without place, time or direction. During Miraj, Allah Ta3ala, enabled the heart of Prophet Muhammad, to see Allah, who exists without place, time or direction. Prophet Muhammad, Sallallaahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, was in an honorable place, above the seven skies, and Allah Ta3ala exists without place or direction, exists not above, underneath, around, inside or outside the Arsh (ceiling of heaven and biggest creation of Allah).
Be ware of the Mujassimah who are not Muslims, who attribute place, body, parts or direction to Allah Ta3ala. Anyone who says or believes that Prophet Muhammad, Sallallaahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, went to a place where Allah Ta3ala exists, this person is not a Muslim as he/she has attributed place, dimensions, limitations and direction to Allah. This person has to become Muslim by saying the creedal statement of Islam with the intention of becoming Muslim. Saying: Ash hadu Alla ilaha ellallaah, Wa ash hadu Anna Muhammadan Rasulullaah.
