Hi all, As you probably have already heard being my loyal subscriber (lol), I have been injured from running (sore knees). My Physio prescribed this exercises for me to use activate my glutes while I run. He said that if I do these exercises then I will automatically use my glutes more when I'm running :) Hope this helps you. Disclaimer: I am not a health professional.
