I'm here to show big and beautiful women how to do fitness breakout sessions during their day. My suggestion is once an hour or once every couple of hours while you are at work. Get up, turn on a heart pumping song, and start to dance. Your goal does not have to be to lose weight. Simply, feel better, get more flexibility, give your heart some love, and start to see your body transform into a sexier, curvaceous shape overall.
