This bhaji is a day to day bhaji prepared in Maharashtrian homes.
Ingredients :
1. Red Pumpkin 250 gms
2. Crushed Peanuts 1 tbsp
3. Coconut Milk 1 tbsp
4. Green Chillies 2 nos
5. Salt ½ tsp
6. Pure Ghee 1 tsp
7. Cumin powder ½ tsp
Method :
1. Wash, peel and chop the pumpkin into cubes.
2. Cut green chillies into small pieces.
3. Crush roasted peanuts.
4. Powder roasted cumin seeds.
5. Take fresh coconut milk.
6. Heat a vessel and melt pure ghee.
7. Reduce the flame.
8. Add chopped green chillies and cumin powder.
9. Saute for a minute.
10. Add chopped Pumpkin.
11. Add salt.
12. Cover with lid and let it cook for 2 minutes.
13. Add crushed peanuts and coconut milk.
14. Cover it again for another 2 minutes.
15. Serve it with chapatti, phulkas or puris.
