Similar to my first RE Game Movie, this is a cinematic mix of various scenes put together to seem like an actual movie. As you probably know, this one is based on the Raccoon City arc. The thing with Raccoon City is that there are so many interpretations of the events that transpired, so its difficult for me to fit absolutely everything where it belongs. That being said I may have altered or adjusted a few scenes here and there, but the main plot remains intact. I decided to go with the Umbrella and Darkside Chronicles version of RE3 and RE2 respectively as they have more cinematic quality, however there are scenes from 2 and 3. And yes, I did incorporate Operation Raccoon City into the Game Movie. As much as I dislike the game, I can't deny the fact that it does offer insightful background information and its cutscenes are straight up badass.

On a personal note, I am really estatic that I was able to complete this project and put it out for all RE fans. I know a lot of you who have recently watched my other video were waiting patiently for this one, and I hope you all stuck it out with me. I tell you this was no walk in the park. Originally the movie was planned to be released in April after all the DLC for ORC came out, but my editing software starting to crap out. What happened was I actually deleted all my recordings for the project and had scrapped it when it was about 50% done. So flashforward a good 2 months or so and I decided to pick up where I left off and recorded everything over again from scratch. This leads me here where I am proud to give you another serving of the great story that is Resident Evil. To all the fans of the game, to those who watched my other movie, those who commented on it, liked it, faved it, all that good stuff... thank you, and I say that with the deepest sincerity.

~ Plot ~
Two months have passed since the Arklay Mountains incident and the citizens of Raccoon City have quietly returned to their daily lives, slowly regressing the nightmarish memories that rattled the peaceful little town. It seemed as if everyone was ready to move on from that warm July night. Almost everyone. The surviving members of the RPD S.T.A.R.S. are still haunted by the images that should be out of the realm of possibility. However, upon their return to the city, no one believed their recollection of the events that transpired in the mansion and the nearby train. Even the chief of police Brian Irons dismissed them as attention seeking lunatics desperate for the spotlight. As the S.T.A.R.S. were rebuffed by colleagues and former friends, the hate and anxiety towards the Umbrella Corporation simmered. Absolved from any possible guilt, the Umbrella Corporation freely continued their horrific experiments and biological research. Growing tired of Umbrella's strict policies and constant demands of viral samples, Dr. William Birkin hopes to follow his former friend, Albert Wesker, and part ways with the company. But Umbrella has different plans and are even willing to use force to secure whatever they desire. With the wheels of destiny set in motion, Raccoon City is about face the consequences of their recent actions, and two young survivors are about to enter a world that will forever change their lives.
