Christian Democrat Wolfgang Bosbach was always a party faithful who never failed to support Chancellor Angela Merkel. The last 18 months, however, have seen him questioning his party's position on the euro crisis. He is wary of Germany becoming the paymaster of the EU, and says the euro rescue fund means Germany will shoulder the burden of other countries' debts. He is now openly opposed to his own party's policy.
