Leg Extension and Curl 2-B
One ARM of the FT 360 should be positioned downward and slightly outward. The other ARM can be positioned at 6-C to provide a base for your client to maintain balance if necessary. Instruct your client to wrap the ankle strap securely above the ankle bone and attach it to the cable clip before standing.

LEG EXTENSION- Your client will face away from the line of pull of FT 360 cable. The hip will be extended slightly and knee bent about 30 degrees. The movement is initiated with hip flexion. As the hip comes through the frontal plane, the knee begins to extend.
The final position results in the hip reaching a flexed position and the knee fully extended. Return to the starting position and repeat.
LEG CURL- Your client will face the line of pull of the FT 360 cable. The hip will be flexed slightly and the knee extended. The movement is initiated with hip extension and in order to 'clear' the foot, the knee will begin to flex. As the hip passes though the frontal plane the knee continues to flex and the hip extends. Torso stability should be maintained throughout the movement. Client returns to the starting position and repeats.
