The use of UV glue is extremely recommended in fact, if you will opt for cyanoacrylic glue (like Attack), you will risk losing the streamer's eyes at the first bite of a Pike.
This streamer allowed to catch a 121 cm record Pike, thanks to the set of natural and syntetic dressing materials, that create so much sinuous and attractive movement to cause a Pike attack!!
Hello everybody, today I’m going to introduce the
FLASH FLY SLIM. I’ve caught several pikes with
this fly, but it’s particularly dear to my heart
because it allowed me to catch my 121 cm
personal pike record!!!
The FLASH FLY SLIM has all the characteristics
that a pike fly must have:
Lightness, essential for not tiring the fisherman's
arm during the fishing action;
Mobility, given by the materials such as the
rooster feathers with which its tail is built, while
at the head we have bucktail and craft fur which
make the fly pulsing in the water.
Dimensions, which have to be huge, primary
when you are searching for big pikes.
Now I’m going to leave you to the video dressing,
where you can see all the tying steps, performed
by my great friend and expert fisherman Claudio
Rampazzo, who has been using this fly for several
