http://www.PatrickScottPatterson.com - A neat feature at Nintendo's Gaming Lounge next door to the site of San Diego Comic Con was this kiosk that allowed people to ask Mario questions and get real-life answers in real time. The voice of Mario, Charles Martinet, was on-site providing the voice as he answered the various questions.

Someone asks Mario what his last name is, and he provides an answer. Various sources over the years have said Nintendo has never revealed a last name for Mario but in here the official voice actor says it.
