This video wraps-up our mini series on grid-based games. We set the foundations for a grid-based game. A system where the characters and the grid are fairly decoupled. If you don't let the grid object handle all the collisions, your characters might conflict when they move to a cell and you end up canceling movement, which can cause issues both gameplay-wise and code-wise.
