Scar and wound healing home care regimen and recommendations. To speed up wound healing and reduce the visibility of scars I recommend using cool water, extremely gentle cleansers, hydration gels, collagen and elastin stimulating ingredients, stem cell activating products, and mineral-only sunscreens. Scar tissue is an inevitable bi-product of wounds and surgery, and the older we get the more likely it is to take longer to heal and for the scar to be more noticeable. Scars and wounds are sensitive - so treat them gently and sensitively! Smokers will inevitably heal a lot slower than non-smokers. This video is not meant as medical advice.
