What's up everyone, I'm Tatiana Carrier and with Our Idiot Brother releasing this week, Ive got your review round up on the flick so that you can decide whether or not you'll be seeing it when it hits the big screen.
First lets get the background on the comedy! The flick is about , well, an idiot brother who barges in on his 3 sisters lives and pretty much causes caos throughout. The movie stars Paul Rudd, Elizabeth Banks, and Zooey Deshanel.
So lets here what the critics thought!
Lisa Schwartzbaum from entertainment weekly seemed to really enjoy the free spirited comedy, she said, "As Ned would say — sincerely, beatifically, with no embarrassment that Woodstock is so 42 years ago: Far out. Right on. Peace"
Roger Moore from Orlando Sentinal impressed with Rudds delivery said, "Rudd, sweetly and shaggily (he wears very long hair and beard and shorts and t-shirts throughout) holds this all together, a sort of non-conformist cliche who is, above all, comfortable in his own skin."
On the other side of the fence was Christy Lamire from the ASsosicated Press, she said, "Whether Ned tears them all apart, brings them back together or finally finds a permanent home, it's hard to care, because the film doesn't seem to care, either."
Well now that we know what the critics thought, make sure you tell us what you thought by commenting below! Thanks for hanging out, see ya soon!
