Nicolas is a resident of Harlem. He says that he has been stopped and frisked over ten times, and he recounts the first time he was stopped. The police were looking to fit the description of someone who was reported to have a gun, Nicolas happened to have on the same color shorts of the man described. The officers pulled a gun out on him and threw him to the ground. He filed a complaint but they got back to him in an untimely fashion, informing him that the search was valid. He never attempted to file a complaint again, and figures that it's just something that people need to get use to.
