New year 2017 is around the corner and it is time for resolutions. Every year, losing weight, eating healthy, and getting fit compete for our top resolutions. And by mid-January, the majority of those high-minded health goals have been abandoned, leaving us soured to the idea of positive change in the process. But it doesn't have to be this way. The problem is many healthy resolutions are too big and too vague to actually accomplish — so aim smaller and go specific.
