Hoop Poi Tutorial: 5 Beat Weave / Elbow Funk (Without Throws)

This tutorial is for the double hoop poi-style five beat weave. The extra circles are done by twisting your arms up as opposed to doing little over the arm throws. You need to already be able to do the 3 beat weave before attempting the 5 beat weave.
