On 04/25/2013 a sworn complaint was submitted to DA Reed and AG Abbott concerning 45 months of Open Meeting violations. San Antonio TX Police Chief McManus, the SAPD , "Obama for America" campaign co-chairman / Mayor Julian Castro, City Attorney Michael Bernard ( brother of White House Social Secretary Jeremy Bernard) , City Councilmen Soules- Cris Medina- Bernal and others are refusing to investigate terroristic threats against law-abiding citizens because San Antonio City Councilman Diego M Bernal is involved with some of the persons making the threats. Rather than expose Councilman Bernal and the City to unwanted scrutiny concerning decades of criminal activity inside the City government, an unfolding HUD scandal and the ongoing criminal cover-up; our local law enforcement agencies and City/County governments would rather ignore the threats to the law abiding citizens. To date at least two illegal, unconstitutional bans have been issued in violation of the Texas Open Meeting Act in an effort to hide the criminal activity.

The San Antonio, Texas Police Department has report SAPD 11261976 on file concerning the 3:01 am telephone threat originating in Canada on October 12, 2011. They have report SAPD 11287895 on file concerning the November 16, 2001 and other on-line threats via Facebook and the Internet.
