Block's own words and actions reveal strong progressive and anti-Republican leanings, which already have alienated many Rhode Island Republicans and should be considered carefully by all Republican Primary Election voters

1. Block Voted in support of President Obama, twice, in 2008 and again in 2012, just 17 months ago.

2. Block supported Obamacare. Block also stated he supports "a universally-accessible, publicly-administered health insurance option"

3. Block supports billions in new government spending, including Obamacare, which will cost $1.36 trillions of dollars.

4. Block was an advisor to Governor Chafee on a two year long project supposedly to identify fraud and abuse in social services but Chafee and Block both admitted that no substantial savings came about.

Ken Block is a progressive who supports big government spending seeking to achieve his personal ambition by pretending to hold Republican values, but a tiger cannot change its stripes.
