Decided to step into the deep water and do 100 reps in as few sets as possible. First time doing this so I used lighter weight, but it still got me pretty good. It was tough conditioning after my powerlifting training session. This is legit conditioning. Finished in 5 sets. 15, 15, 25, 25, 20.
