Center Alexandre Giroux potted two goals and teammates Steve Martins and Joel Kwiatkowski each collected three points as the Chicago Wolves ran their record to a perfect 6-0-0-0 with a 4-1 victory over the San Antonio Rampage at the Allstate Arena on Friday night.

Giroux netted both of his goals in a span of 2:15 early in the first period to push the Wolves (6-0-0-0), the American Hockey League's only remaining undefeated team, to a 2-0 lead at the 6:39 mark of the first stanza. Seventy seconds later, Kwiatkowski fired a blast past Rampage goaltender David Aebischer to make the score 3-0 at 7:49 of the opening frame.

Kwiatkowski added two assists in the contest while Steve Martins also picked up a goal and two helpers for Chicago, which is off to its best start in franchise history. Wolves goaltender Fred Brathwaite (4-0-0) kicked out 30 of the 31 shots he faced for his fourth straight win.
