Exercise! Surprise! Yes, this one requires more effort and energy than sleep, but it is vital for preventing burnout. As busy, engaged, hustling entrepreneurs, we have got to take care of ourselves inside and out, and this includes staying active!

Hello from Mission Viejo! This is the second part of my entrepreneurial burnout series. I just wanted to touch base with you and remind you to get out there and be physical, run this morning. I am here the Norman P Murray Center and we're getting ready with a bunch of my friends to run and walk this 5k here this morning. So I just want to encourage you to get out and exercise.

Exercise can be really important especially when you sit at your desk for long hours during the day like I do. It just keeps your mind going, keeps you active. I don't know about you, but it allows me to be able to rest better at night so when I'm sleeping, it's better sleep. So when I'm awake, I'm working harder. So I just encourage you all get out there and have a great day!
