My favorite part about this whole thing is the attitude of the guy, both on the phone and in emails with emojis and exclamation points... This guy is ostensibly your ultra basic bitch flag-flying frontline equality soldier getting the message out there for this fake news site that constantly publishes articles about 'privileged groups' vs. 'unprivileged groups', 'not enough women in tech' etc., etc. Like I guarantee this guy has unironically said "racism equals prejudice plus power" at some point... And what I love about it is just the glee and snarky giggling and overall high school sophomore fun he's taking from the mass shooter prank meme, all while enjoying the uh, like sacrosanct aura of being a member of 'the press'.
I got a handful of messages from weirdos (no offense) on reddit and facebook calling me out for being disrespectful to 'journalists'. Dude... this guy writes about sexting and emojis for a glorified blog that is almost as shit-tier as Salon. And even if he was an actual journalist, people in the media *do not care*. They want to push their agenda and they want clicks, that's it. Regardless of how you feel about Trump or Sanders that should be one of the big lessons from this election cycle. These people are not Edward R. Murrow they're fuggin Krusty The Klown.
Don't know why I'm reminded of this but this is one of the funniest things ever-- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U4H5S...
