The Koran calls chapters surahs. There's 114 chapters (Surahs) Verses are called Āyahs or "Signs." There's about 6,339.

When you became a Muslim you took a Muslim name. Before that you said you had a slave name. Yet you took a Arabic name, the Arabs took Africans people first as slaves. In Christianity we take on Jesus name. Ephesians 3:15 "Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named," Do you know muhammed? No. Because He's dead. But Jesus is alive. I know him personally.
