SHOULD HE BE EXECUTED?: Duane Edward Buck, the Texas inmate who claims his 1997 death sentence was tainted by racial bias, is due to be executed tonight. Buck's lawyers claim he should be resentenced, because a psychologist told jurors at the murder trial that since Buck was black he was likelier to be violent in the future. Now even the woman who prosecuted Buck thinks he shouldn't be executed. Houston's Morning News talks about this controversial case with KTRH Legal Expert Chris Tritico and Gloria Rubac with the Texas Death Penalty Abolition Movement.
