Air squats or bodyweight squats will get your legs strong even without any equipment!
When doing air squats, remember to:
- Keep your weight on your heels - Go down as far as you can - it's OK if you can't get down to a full squat yet, you'll get there! - Squeeze your butt and keep your core tight - Pull your shoulders back
