This is an introductory talk given by Chögyam Trungpa on the practice day, or nyinthun, during the Message of Milarepa Seminar at Karme Choling, Vermont. Chögyam Trungpa refers to the practice day as a nyinthun. We sometimes now use nyinthuns to refer to partial days of sitting, but at this time, it generally referred to a whole day dedicated to the sitting practice of meditation, with walking meditation between sessions of practice and breaks for lunch and tea included.
