By popular request, video of my 'hard landing' last week. I've come up with a list of what I feel are contributing factors, feel free to comment with other suggestions.

Putting too much pressure on myself to work towards a challenging goal in a tight timeframe in a discipline that shouldn't be rushed.
Trying to sit at the wrong end of the stack: Sitting on brakes and trying to let larger canopies land first
Doing a turn into the regular landing area off the back of a group jump
Doing a turn with traffic in the vicinity, when I couldn't give it my full focus; my attention was split between the other canopy and the turn.
Late realising I was low and staying on rears too long. If I'd buried the toggles earlier I probably could have saved this. Probably down to a combination of lack of experience, split focus and general fatigue.

Ultimately, I should have said no to the turn and done a 90 or a straight in approach.

-No broken bones
-Badly sprained left ankle
-Sprained/bruised left knee
-Bruised left calf
-Bruised right knee
-Grazing down left leg (see photos at end)

Expecting to be out for at least a few weeks. I'm sure you'll agree I got off quite lightly and this could easily have been much worse!
