This is, how we are canning fresh vegetables on Bamba Maru to cure them for at least 6 months and more. Try this recipe, it´s easy and simple to do. 100% natural!

3 kg veggies (sweet peppers, onions, zucchini)
1l water
1/2l apple cider vinegar
400 gr sugar
3 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons tumeric or curry
1 teaspoon Black peppercorns

You can vary the taste with lemon juice, apple juice, honey and crushed chillies if you like it hot.
