A group of five African-American teenagers took advantage of the empty streets and overwhelmed police force during Hurricane Sandy Monday night.

They ambushed a Jewish man and mugged him for his wallet and cell phone, but not before handing him a beating which knocked him out cold.

As if his thirst for violence and brutality hadn't yet been quenched, one of the perpetrators sadistically steps on the unconscious man's head before walking away.
