This juvenile male bald eagle was shot and suffered a fractured ulna bone in his left wing on December 15, 2010 in Beaver, Washington. The culprit is still at large.

While he rehabilitates, he is under the care of the Northwest Raptor & Wildlife Center and its partner veterinary hospital.

In this video, the eagle is protesting to Jaye Moore, the Raptor & Wildlife Center's director, since he knows he is about to be taken out for treatment on his wound. The Center hopes that he will one day make a full recovery, though it is too soon to know his full prognosis.
