Hey everyone! We are going to periodically share some of our favorite workouts with you! This first one is brought to you by Mama Miya and one of our favorite trainers, Amanda Russell! We love this one because it shows us how to fit in a simple work out from home when we don't have time to make it to the gym! What makes this work out even easier is NO equipment is needed, making it so easy to drop, get started, and just rock with it! This is ideal if you're juggling various to-dos in your schedule like work, school, being a parent, or just plain needing a hassle free way to get fit everyday! Are you going to try this?
