During this important and interesting webinar, Mr. Boyson will review the basics of CV writing and interviewing skills and techniques that will never disappear, plus some leading insights as to what are the latest techniques recruiters and hiring managers are using to find the best candidates. Technology today makes doing the basics of CV writing and interviewing even more essential however ultimately success in securing the ideal job usually goes to those candidates who package themselves differently. Brad Boyson MSHRM, SPHR, GPHR, is an international expert in Human Capital optimization and global best workplace practices. He has over 15 years of senior HR experience and has practiced embedded HR on every inhabited continent. His list of global employers ranges from Hamptons/Emaar in Dubai, Mitsubishi Corporation of Tokyo and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines of Miami.Mr. Boyson holds three academic business accreditations specializing in finance, industrial relations and HR respectively. Professionally he is certified as a Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) and Global Professional in HR (GPHR); one of 16 people worldwide currently developing the exam questions for GPHR certification.His affiliation with SHRM, the world's largest and most progressive HR association, extends over 15 years. He is the founder and head of the SHRM UAE Members Forum, a task force member for the SHRM ANSI HR Standardization project and most recently represented Canada on the ISO TC 260 HR Standards Committee.
