http://www.melindasfitnessblog.com. This is my first attempt at Pump Revolution (disc 4 of the Les Mills Pump program!) I just started Week 7 this week. Not smiling much because I was just trying not to collapse. Mind over matter played a huge part in my ability to finish this 55-minute workout!
*Used Step360 instead of doing chest presses on the floor. I like it better that way.
