There are many skills that a group needs to manage and demonstrate to be able to make well informed group decisions. In the video we will present and focus on the skills that we believe that the Team Leader has the most influence over, in particular the problem solving skills of a group. The video will show two meeting scenarios where the Team Leader demonstrates these skills poorly and another meeting where he demonstrates these skills well, both meetings lead to different outcomes
