Chinese and english recipe/ instructions below :

材料:

1. 100 克 = 3.60 oz, 廋豬肉
2. 大約 1 湯匙竹筍絲
3. 2 只冬菇
4. 1 朶木耳
5. 2 片薑
6. 半磚豆腐 ( 150 克 ) = 5. 30 oz
7. 1 只雞蛋加入 1 茶匙水
8. 600 ml = 20 fl oz, 滾水
9. 1/3 茶匙老抽
10. 1 茶匙生抽
11. 3 茶匙李錦記豆辦醬
12. 2 茶匙雞粉
13. 1/2 茶匙糖
14. 3/4 茶匙鹽

粟粉献水:

1. 7 茶匙粟粉
2. 25 ml = 5 茶匙水


湯碗料:

1. 2 條香芫茜
2. 2 茶匙鎮江醋
3. 1 茶匙白醋精
4. 1/3 茶匙白胡椒粉
5. 1/2 茶匙棘椒油
6. 1 茶匙麻油

Ingredients:

1. 100 grams = 3. 60 oz, pork
2. around 1 tbsp strips bamboo
3. 2 chinese dried mushrooms
4. 1 fungus
5. 2 slices ginger
6. half pressed tofu ( 150 grams ) = 5. 30 oz, medium firm
7. an egg add 1 tsp water
8. 600 ml = 20 fl oz, boiling water
9. 1/3 tsp dark soy sauce
10. 1 tsp light soy sauce
11. 3 tsp Lee kum kee chilli bean sauce
12. 2 tsp chicken powder
13. 1/2 tsp sugar
14. 3/4 tsp salt

Thickeren:

1. 7 tsp corn starch
2. 25 ml = 5 tsp water

Soup bowl ingredients:

1. 2 coriander
2. 2 tsp chinkiang vinegar
3. 1 tsp white vinegar essence
4. 1/3 tsp white pepper
5. 1/2 tsp chilli oil
6. 1 tsp sesame oil
