My AVON story -the quick version:
I started selling AVON yeeears ago but I had a bold dial up connection so I never received the training materials. I ended up paying off my account and closed it.
Later on, I started again and signed up as an E-rep as well.
I realized I was buying too much stuff so I sent it back and decided to do it the right way. Now, I really really really enjoy being my own boss. I love the products and until recently I only bought AVON makeup.
Answers to some questions I get asked:
Sadly, I don't have an upline because I didn't join a team. I called the 800 # and joined so for me there is just my District Sales Manager.
My advice? Find someone in your area who sells AVON and join their team. That way you have a whole group helping you to reach your goals. Also, it would be best to attend the meetings, I'm sure. I'm going to start as soon as my little one starts school and I'll keep you updated on how that goes.
For the people asking to join my team: I do not have a downline as of yet (4/2012) because I'm not interested in joining leadership until my schedule permits.
I am not a tax professional. Please do your own research. God bless & be well.
Update, November 10, 2013;
