Don Chapman speaks about Lost Canadian World War Two veteran Guy Valliere who died in February 2009 without his citizenship because of gender discrimination - his mother was Canadian, his father American, and his mother could not pass on her citizenship to him. All Guy wanted was to be a Canadian citizen but the current Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, Jason Kenney, refused and this WWII veteran died disenfranchised from his country.
