This film presents a systematic review from SBU on the experiences and perceptions of those who self-harm regarding their care and support when interacting with the healthcare and educational services. The care and support to persons who self-harm need significant improvement. Also the attitudes among health professionals towards the persons they meet who self-harm can improve.
