SUPER PULL UP WORKOUT

In this workout i am going to perform 5 variation of pull ups -

1. Close Grip Pull Ups

2. Shoulder Width Pull Ups

3. Wide Grip Pull Ups

4. V Pull Ups

All exercises need to be performed for 3 sets X 10 Reps
