"The Trajectory of an Instructor" - Trigueirinho: One year since his decease

The Light-Community of Figueira, on September 15, 2019, at 7p.m., offered a Tribute to José Trigueirinho Netto, writer and spiritual philosopher, who deceased in 2018, at the age of 87. During the homage a video was shown with rare lectures of Trigueirinho and images compiled from his personal treasure, almost completely unknown to the majority of people who know and accompany the work of the philosopher.

Friar Sebastian is a monk of the Grace Mercy Order, a congregation founded by Trigueirinho. Friar Sebastian, one of the organizers of the Tribute, the homage called "The Trajectory of an Instructor" is centered on the main facts that marked the work of Trigueirinho and what it represented in terms of spiritual teaching for humanity. "We intend to show to people some passages of the spiritual awakening of Trigueirinho. Some historical facts that contributed to making him one of the main spiritual instructors of these times. As his work reveals previously unknown topics of the spiritual process of the human being on Earth. Furthermore, how this instruction continues so lively and up-to-date. Trigueirinho departed to other planes of consciousness, but he is more present than ever in our lives", Friar Sebastian explained.

The work of Trigueirinho is published in 82 books, more than 3,000 sharing sessions recorded live, and by the foundation of the Light-Community of Figueira itself, in 1987, in the city of Carmo da Cachoeira, in the Southern state of Minas Gerais. The philosopher reflected on the path for self-knowledge, the superior laws, the power of prayer, the energy of healing, the universal life, the Evolutionary Plan, planetary centers and retreats, inner transformation and the relationship of cooperation and reverence toward the Kingdoms of Nature, among other topícs that contributed for the elevation of the human consciousness. His work reveals a real understanding of what all the Kingdoms of Nature in our planet mean, the true spiritual task of the human being, its place in the universe and also its responsibility before the Creation. It clarifies the reasons for the crisis that affects humanity today and open perspectives for the beginning of a more luminous cycle for our race.

To Friar Sebastian, who in the last 10 years closely accompanied Trigueirinho, as a personal secretary of the Instructor, his work did not have the intention of intellectually or culturally elevating its readers but rather to lead them to experience a real transformation of being based on certain spiritual principles. "We can perceive this transformation in the daily life of the people in the communities founded and inspired by him, in the way they relate with their neighbor, with the Kingdoms of Nature and with spirituality itself", he remarked.

Throughout the years, the Light-Community of Figueira gradually became a reference for other four communities, located in Rio de Janeiro, Uruguay, Argentina and Portugal. Several associations and groups of prayer and of service were founded in many parts of the world, some inspired by the teachings of Trigueirinho and others under the direct guidance of the philosopher.

Several initiatives maintained by Figueira are developed for the local community of Carmo da Cachoeira and neighboring towns, among which stand out the House of Light on the Hill, which renders social, cultural and health service to their population free of charge.

José Trigueirinho Netto was also a founding-member of FRATERNIDADE - International Humanitarian Federation, which gathers associations and initiatives aligned with the philosophical thought of its instructors, and have been responsible for undertaking humanitarian missions in many parts of the world. In one of these missions, in Roraima, the entity signed a partnership with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). Presently and voluntarily, the FIHF serves in the welcoming of Venezuelan immigrants that come to Brazil seeking more dignified life conditions.
