Covered California, the state's health insurance marketplace, released its first video ad on Aug. 29, 2013. It's part of an $80 million media campaign to educate Californians about how Obamacare works in the state. But how effective is the ad? KQED's State of Health blog (blogs.kqed.org/stateofhealth), found it to be wonky and overly focused on signs (and that's the name of the ad, "Signs." Read the post, watch the ad, judge for yourself!
