Explore the macro world with photographer eljay! He took us throughout the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, high and low, seeking out the small details and intricacies we pass by every day. He gives some insight and tips into Macro Photography, so hopefully after watching, you can take some Macro Photographs of your own!

Eljay also had some advice on investing in a macro lens, and we posted it below:

"If you're serious about macro photography, you really need a dedicated macro lens. A true macro lens provides at least a 1-to-1 magnification, meaning the size of the subject on the sensor or film is life size or larger. Beware of "macro" lenses that only offer a 1:2 (half life size) or less. These are really close-up lenses."
