http://www.15MinuteSpeedTrainer.com. Learn how to run a faster 40 yard dash in as little as two weeks. NFL Cornerback for the Houston Texans and New Orleans Saints, Mark Parson, took his 40 yard dash time from a 4.56 to a 4.44 in just 7 days with the hip flexor exercise shown in this video. He has since become a huge advocate for the Run Faster program and is helping kids all over as well as many NFL players get faster. You too can join the crowd and take the 14 day speed training challenge to see if you can run faster.

While traveling as a member of the Houston Texans during the 2010 NFL Season, Mark knew he needed to find a way to get faster so that he could keep up with all the speedy wide receivers in the NFL. He tried everything possible to get faster both in his college playing days and the early part of his NFL career. If anyone had access to the best possible training available, it was Mark. Yet, with all the knowledge surrounding him and with the best work ethic one can imagine, Mark's best 40 yard dash time was only a 4.56.

That certainly wasn't going to get him any serious playing time anytime soon. But Mark was committed to finding a way and then one evening, while in his hotel room traveling between games, Mark came across a Speed Training Challenge video by AthleticQuickness.com and Dr. Larry Van Such. With nothing to lose and free information on how to get faster on the line, Mark watched the video and to his surprise, he was shown a free 3 minute exercise that said you could run faster if you just simply tried it.

In that video, (which is the same video that is now attached to the end of Marks introduction to this current video), he learned a totally new way to train for speed, one that none of his coaches or teammates ever heard about.

With new-found enthusiasm, Mark went out and purchased some resistance bands at a local Walmart store and did the first set of exercises in his hotel room with the bands tied around the bed post!

After just one session Mark felt different and for the better. He continued on with his training each night and by the end of the week, Mark's coached noticed something different in him during practice so he decided to time him in the 40. Mark ran a personal best 4.44 seconds, that's .12 off his best ever and he did in in just 7 days!

Mark said that he used to have to strain to run a 40 yard dash but not this time. The motion seemed effortless. He knew he was faster even without the stopwatch. His coaches couldn't believe their eyes either.

As unique as Mark's story may sound, this is what we have come to expect for those who try the exercise contained in this video where we offer a 14 day speed training challenge.

You too can join a select group of athletes who put their pride aside and tried something new that can help you tremendously in your sports career.
