Nervous Speaking (English)??

This is an English version of "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SuJFO5..." (not translation) and take on "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=70rb-N..." .. My advice to Japanese who have been facing the problem "Get Nervous when I speak English with Native Speakers" I thought It might be a good idea to do it in English. But just so you know, it's not a translation of the Japanese version. ok? Let's break out of that problems :)
