I am starting a new thing where I blog about losing weight. I am at the start of a long journey to lose weight and get fit and healthy by eating right and exercising. I call it the "hard way" because it's not just a quick fix for now, not a fad, and not a pill. This is the real way to lose weight, and it's going to take sweat and tears and self-control and behavior modification.
