In the state of FL, red-shouldered hawks and red-tailed hawks are allowed to be used for an apprentice falconer's bird. "Kael" is a passage male red-shoulder and is my first bird. I am showing my brothers why I've suddenly been gone for hours for the passed three days and only return home to sleep. Kael is still untamed and not used to sitting on the fist, as he was caught only three days ago. I haven't seen any videos of red-shouldered hawks being trained anywhere, so I uploaded this video. Falconry is the taking of wild game in it's wild state with a trained raptor.
