Very delicious and light cod fish salad.
ingredients salted dry cod fish or fresh cassava(yuca) red onion green peeper tomato lime or lemons cilantro olive oil salt and pepper.
soak cod fish overnite or boil 3 times, drain water once fish is done wait till it is cool then shred it. boil cassava till very tender, once cooled cut into small squares,
slice vegetables then add lemon ,olive oil and salt, taste. watch the whole video and follow the directions, if done properly u will have the best bacalao salad ever! you can reduce ingredients for smaller portion.
