Been a while since I did a cooking video. Here is how I do Perfect Steaks on my Big Green Egg. Get the Egg up to a high temperature, at least 650, to 700 degrees. Cook for 2 minutes on side 1, 2 minutes on side 2. Flip them back over and cook for 3 more minutes with the bottom damper closed and the lid on the top to kill the flames. Check for the temperature of meat you like, if you like it more done, add another minute but don't over do it. At high temperatures, it only take s a minute. I like to add some blue cheese crumbles to the meat for added flavor.
