• 370% production volume increase during the last 7 years, becoming the second greatest tax contributor in Guanajuato state
• Reduction from 63 PPMs in 2004 to 5 PPMs in May 2009
• 100% on-time delivery
• 38 hours of training provided to each associate and opportunities of cross-training are promoted
