Did you know that after you run a query in YeastMine, you can save the results as a list? This lets you take the list and feed it into a different query to analyze it further. For example, you could make a list of all the proteins in a given size range, then query that list to see which ones are located in the nucleus, and finally ask how many of these nuclear proteins have human homologs. This brief video gives you an overview of how to save some or all of the results from a YeastMine query into a list.
